STD Testing
STD testing is important because if an infection is left untreated, it can cause organ failure and other health problems. Along with HIV, our STD panel also includes Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C, Chlamydia/Gonorrhea and Herpes simplex virus. All you would need is to come in and get tested. Contact us by phone or send us an email with the preferred date that you would like to come in and get tested.
If your results are abnormal, we will contact you depending on your contact preference. An appointment with our doctor can be made for treatment where he will also consult about transmission and prevention.
If you know you have been exposed to HIV, post exposure prophylaxis (combination of anti-HIV medications to reduce the chances of becoming infected) is critical.
